1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. According to UAE consumer rights, items must be in their original condition to be eligible.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and small parts (screws, dowels, etc.) included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email from neztly.com is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified.
- Customized or “made-to-order” furniture pieces.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly by the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email support@neztly.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Process
- Request: Email support@neztly.com to request a Return Authorization.
- Pickup: Since we deal with bulky furniture, we will coordinate with our logistics partner to schedule a pickup from your location in the UAE.
- Inspection: Once the item is received at our Sharjah warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. This process typically takes 3–5 business days.
5. Refunds
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.).
- Deductions: For “change of mind” returns, the original delivery fee and a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount.
- Timeline: Refund processing depends on your bank’s policies and typically takes 7–14 business days to appear in your account.
- Installment Payments: If you paid via Tabby or Tamara, your upcoming installments will be adjusted or cancelled, and any paid amounts will be refunded to your linked card through their respective platforms.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been dispatched for delivery. After dispatch, the standard return policy applies.
