Which Neztly set size should I choose?
It depends on how your child plays and how much floor space you have. The 2-piece and 6-piece Half Round sets are our entry sets – compact seating that suits toddlers, smaller bedrooms and apartments. The 10-piece sets give enough pieces to build proper forts, tunnels and slides, which is where most children aged 3 to 6 spend their time. The 12-piece sets are the largest, best for siblings playing together or families who want the set to work as real living-room seating when it is not a fort. If you are unsure, most parents find the 10-piece the sweet spot between play value and space.
What is the difference between the corduroy and velvet fabrics?
Both are soft, durable and machine washable – the difference is texture and look. Corduroy has a visible ribbed nap, a warmer and more casual feel, and hides everyday marks well, which makes it popular for playrooms and high-traffic family rooms. Velvet has a smoother, denser pile with a richer colour depth and a more formal finish, so it tends to suit living rooms where the sofa needs to look like part of the furniture. Both use the same high-density foam core underneath, so play performance is identical.
How much space does a Neztly play sofa need?
Less than most parents expect, because the sofa is designed to collapse. Assembled as a sofa the set keeps a normal armchair-to-loveseat footprint depending on size, and when children spread the pieces into a fort or obstacle course it temporarily uses more floor. When play is finished the pieces stack flat against a wall, under a bed or in a cupboard, so it does not permanently occupy a room the way fixed kids’ furniture does. Yes. Tabby and Tamara are both available at checkout, so you can split the cost into interest-free instalments rather than paying in full up front. You choose the plan during checkout and approval is usually immediate. This is the option most families use for the larger 10-piece and 12-piece sets.
What age is the Neztly play sofa suitable for?
Our modular play sofas are designed for children ages 2 and up. Each set uses high-density supportive foam and features child-safe, hidden zippers on all removable covers.
Is the foam safe for children?
Yes. Every modular piece uses certified, non-toxic high-density foam chosen to hold its shape under repeated jumping and climbing rather than flattening. All covers close with child-safe hidden zippers so there are no exposed pulls, and the fabrics are selected to be gentle against skin. Our sofas are made to order and are never vacuum sealed or compressed for shipping, so they arrive full-sized with no chemical off-gassing smell and no waiting for foam to recover its shape.
How do I clean the play sofa?
Simply unzip and remove the covers, then machine wash on a gentle cold cycle with a mild detergent (no bleach). Line dry or air dry to keep the fabric looking its best. For small spills, spot clean with a damp, warm cloth.
Are the covers really fully removable and machine washable?
Yes – every cover on every piece unzips completely and goes in a domestic washing machine. This is the single feature parents tell us matters most, because a play sofa lives through spilled juice, felt-tip pens and sticky hands. Wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, skip the bleach, and line or air dry rather than tumble drying so the fabric keeps its texture and fit.
Can I mix and match colours?
Yes. Because every Neztly sofa is made to order, we offer mix-and-match colour combinations across both the velvet and corduroy ranges. Current colours include Sandy Beige, Peach Pink, Blush Pink, Storm Grey, Pine Green and Mossy Green. How long does shipping take?
We offer free delivery to all seven emirates. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 2-5 days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates, and is delivery free?
Yes – we deliver free to all seven emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. There is no minimum order value for free delivery and no surcharge for the northern emirates. Because each sofa is made to order, allow 1-2 business days for production before the 2-5 day delivery window begins.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-calendar-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
