Data Deletion Instructions

At neztly.com, operated by Allvia LLC, we respect your privacy and provide you with total control over your personal data. In compliance with GDPR and third-party platform policies (Facebook, Google, and Apple), this page outlines how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.
Option 1: Manual Account Deletion (Self-Service)
If you wish to delete your account immediately through our platform settings, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at www.neztly.com.
- Navigate to your Profile Settings or Account Dashboard.
- Scroll down to the “Security” or “Privacy” section.
- Click on the “Delete Account” button.
- Confirm your choice. Once confirmed, your profile and login credentials will be permanently removed from our active database.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email (Admin Assisted)
If you cannot access your account or prefer to have our team handle the request, you may exercise your right to be forgotten by contacting us directly.
- Send an Email to: [Insert Your Support Email, e.g., support@neztly.com]
- Subject Line: Data Deletion Request
- Required Info: Please provide the email address associated with the account you wish to delete.
What happens next? Our administrative team will process your request within 48–72 hours. Once processed, all personal identifiers, including data synced from Facebook, Google, or Apple, will be wiped from our systems, except for data we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records for tax purposes).
Option 3: Facebook App Data Deletion
If you used your Facebook account to login to Neztly and wish to remove the app’s access, you can do so via Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Profile’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for “Apps and Websites” to see all the apps you have integrated.
- Search for “Neztly” in the search bar.
- Click “Remove”.
Data Retention Policy
Upon deletion, the following data is removed:
- Your name and profile image.
- Your email address and contact preferences.
- Any linked third-party authentication tokens (Apple, Google, Facebook).
- Any user-generated content associated specifically with your profile.
Note: Deletion is permanent. Once an account is deleted, Allvia LLC cannot recover your data should you choose to return to the platform in the future.
